Welcome to SweatMayt. By creating an account or using the SweatMayt platform, website, mobile applications or related services, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement.
SweatMayt is a technology platform that enables users to discover, book and participate in sports, wellness and recreational experiences offered by independent facilities, coaches, organizers and partners.
SweatMayt does not own, operate or supervise the facilities, activities or services made available through the platform unless expressly stated otherwise.
SERVICES
The SweatMayt platform may include but is not limited to:
- Court & venue bookings
- Coaching
- Programs & academies
- Clinics & camps
- Open play sessions
- Memberships
- Leagues & tournaments
- Wellness activities
- Community events
- Future services introduced from time to time.
USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
- provide accurate information
- maintain account security
- comply with all facility rules
- comply with applicable laws
- act respectfully towards all participants.
You may not:
- abuse the platform
- impersonate others
- misuse payment methods
- engage in fraudulent activities
- interfere with the services provided by facilities or organizers.
BOOKINGS
Users acknowledge that:
- all bookings are subject to availability
- facilities determine their own pricing
- facilities determine their own cancellation policies
- facilities may impose additional rules and requirements.
SweatMayt reserves the right to:
- refuse bookings
- suspend accounts
- remove listings
- cancel transactions where fraud or misuse is suspected.
PAYMENTS
Users agree that:
- payments may be processed by third-party payment providers
- booking fees and processing fees may apply
- refunds are subject to applicable cancellation policies
- promotional offers may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
LIABILITY WAIVER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Participation in sports, wellness and recreational activities involves inherent risks including but not limited to:
- bodily injury
- illness
- permanent disability
- property damage
- death.
By using SweatMayt and participating in activities booked through the platform, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation.
You understand and agree that SweatMayt:
- does not supervise activities
- does not guarantee participant safety
- does not employ or supervise independent coaches or organizers
- does not guarantee the quality or suitability of facilities or services provided by third parties.
You participate entirely at your own risk.
CHILDREN & MINORS
Parents or legal guardians are solely responsible for:
- registering minors
- supervising their participation
- reviewing facility requirements
- determining whether activities are suitable.
By registering a minor, you confirm that you are legally authorized to do so.
PRIVACY POLICY
By creating an account you consent to SweatMayt collecting and processing information including:
- name
- email address
- phone number
- date of birth
- profile information
- payment information
- membership information
- ratings and rankings
- booking history
- activity preferences
- information required to provide platform services.
Information may be shared where necessary with:
- facilities
- coaches
- organizers
- payment providers
- platform integrations
- legal authorities where required by law.
Users may request:
- account deletion
- correction of information
- marketing preference changes where applicable.
COMMUNICATIONS
You consent to receiving:
- booking confirmations
reminders
- platform notifications
- transactional communications
- promotional communications (where permitted).
Users may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
THIRD PARTY SERVICES
SweatMayt may integrate with third party services including:
payment providers
ratings platforms
membership systems
booking technologies
future integrations.
SweatMayt is not responsible for third-party services beyond its reasonable control.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SweatMayt shall not be liable for:
- injuries
- accidents
- property loss
- service interruptions
- facility closures
- booking disputes
- participant conduct
- coach conduct
- organizer conduct
- acts or omissions of third parties.
CHANGES TO THE PLATFORM
SweatMayt reserves the right to:
- introduce new services
- modify existing services
- discontinue services
- update fees and policies
- update this agreement.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of such changes.
ACCEPTANCE
By creating an account you acknowledge that:
