By completing a booking or purchase through SweatMayt, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable cancellation and refund conditions presented through the platform.
1. GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY
SweatMayt is a technology platform connecting Users with independent facilities, clubs, coaches, organizers, communities and other service providers ("Partners").
Partners may establish their own cancellation and refund conditions for the services they provide through SweatMayt.
Cancellation conditions may vary depending on:
facility
activity
program
coaching session
class
event
tournament
membership
subscription
booking type
date and time
other applicable service conditions.
Where applicable, the cancellation conditions for a booking will be displayed to the User before the booking or purchase is completed.
Users are responsible for reviewing these conditions before confirming payment.
2. USER CANCELLATIONS
Users may cancel eligible bookings through the SweatMayt platform where cancellation functionality is available.
Refund eligibility will be determined according to the cancellation policy applicable to the specific booking or purchase.
Depending on the applicable policy, cancellation may result in:
a full refund
a partial refund
account credit, where offered
rescheduling, where offered
no refund.
If a User cancels outside the permitted cancellation period, the booking may become non-refundable.
3. PARTNER CANCELLATIONS
If a Partner cancels a confirmed booking, program, class, coaching session, activity or event and cannot provide the purchased service, affected Users will generally be eligible for a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled service.
Where appropriate, the Partner may also offer:
rescheduling
an alternative session
account credit
another comparable arrangement.
Users will not be required to accept an alternative instead of an eligible refund unless otherwise permitted by applicable law and clearly agreed by the User.
4. NO-SHOWS
If a User fails to attend a confirmed booking, session, program, activity or event without cancelling within the applicable cancellation period, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
No-shows are generally non-refundable unless:
the applicable Partner policy states otherwise
there are exceptional circumstances accepted by the Partner or SweatMayt
applicable law requires otherwise.
5. LATE ARRIVALS
Users are responsible for arriving at the applicable facility, venue or activity at the required time.
Late arrival does not automatically entitle a User to:
additional booking time
rescheduling
a partial refund
a full refund.
The applicable Partner may determine whether reasonable accommodations can be provided.
6. RESCHEDULING
Where supported by a Partner, Users may be permitted to reschedule an eligible booking.
Rescheduling may be subject to:
availability
applicable time limits
price differences
Partner rules
booking restrictions.
If a replacement booking has a higher price, the User may be required to pay the difference.
Any credit or refund resulting from a lower-priced replacement booking will depend on the applicable Partner policy.
7. PROGRAMS, CLASSES & COACHING
Programs, classes, coaching sessions, open play, social play and similar activities may have specific cancellation conditions established by the applicable Partner.
Certain activities may be non-refundable after:
registration closes
a specified cancellation deadline passes
capacity is allocated
the program or activity begins.
Applicable conditions should be displayed before purchase where reasonably possible.
8. TOURNAMENTS & EVENTS
Tournaments, competitions, community events and other events may have specific refund and cancellation conditions due to costs associated with organizing and operating the event.
Event registrations may therefore be:
refundable within a specified period
partially refundable
transferable where permitted
non-refundable after a specified deadline.
The applicable conditions should be communicated before registration or purchase.
If an event is cancelled entirely by the Partner and no replacement or rescheduled event is provided, affected Users will generally be eligible for a refund of the applicable event purchase price.
9. MEMBERSHIPS & SUBSCRIPTIONS
Memberships and subscriptions may be subject to separate cancellation conditions established by the applicable Partner or SweatMayt.
Depending on the applicable offering:
membership fees may be non-refundable once a membership period begins
unused benefits may not have a cash value
cancellation may prevent future renewal rather than refund the current period
promotional memberships may have separate conditions
recurring subscriptions may continue until cancelled in accordance with the applicable subscription terms.
Specific membership or subscription conditions presented at purchase will apply.
10. WEATHER & UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
Outdoor activities and certain events may be affected by:
weather
unsafe playing conditions
venue closures
power outages
government restrictions
emergencies
other circumstances outside reasonable control.
Where a Partner cancels an activity due to such circumstances, the Partner may provide:
a refund
rescheduling
account credit
an alternative session.
The available remedy may depend on the applicable Partner policy and circumstances.
11. PAYMENT PROCESSING & FEES
Payments through SweatMayt may be processed by third-party payment providers, including PayHere and other payment providers introduced by SweatMayt from time to time.
Where a refund is approved, the amount refunded may be subject to applicable:
payment processing fees
platform fees
booking fees
administrative charges
other fees that were clearly disclosed and are lawfully non-refundable.
Where a fee is non-refundable, this should be communicated where reasonably possible before the transaction is completed.
Nothing in this Policy limits any refund rights that cannot legally be excluded.
12. REFUND METHOD
Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method used for the transaction where technically possible.
In certain circumstances, SweatMayt or the applicable Partner may offer:
platform credit
booking credit
rescheduling
another agreed resolution.
Where a monetary refund is required, Users will not be required to accept platform credit instead where prohibited by applicable law.
13. REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Once a refund has been approved and initiated, processing times may vary depending on:
payment provider
bank
card issuer
payment method
country
other financial institutions involved.
SweatMayt does not control processing times after a refund has been submitted to the applicable payment provider or financial institution.
14. DUPLICATE OR INCORRECT CHARGES
If a User believes they have:
been charged more than once
been charged an incorrect amount
been charged for an unsuccessful booking
experienced another payment error,
the User should contact SweatMayt as soon as reasonably possible at:
admin@sweatmayt.com
SweatMayt may review the transaction with the applicable Partner and payment provider.
15. DISPUTES
If a User believes a cancellation or refund has been handled incorrectly, the User should first contact SweatMayt through the available support channels.
SweatMayt may review relevant information including:
booking records
cancellation timestamps
applicable cancellation conditions
Partner information
payment records
communications relating to the transaction.
SweatMayt may facilitate resolution between the User and Partner where appropriate.
As Partners are independent providers, certain service-related disputes may ultimately remain between the User and applicable Partner.
16. FRAUD, ABUSE & CHARGEBACKS
SweatMayt reserves the right to investigate:
suspected fraudulent transactions
refund abuse
payment disputes
unauthorized transactions
misuse of promotional offers
excessive or abusive chargebacks.
Accounts may be restricted or suspended where fraudulent or unlawful activity is reasonably suspected.
Nothing in this section limits a User's lawful right to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect transaction.
17. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
SweatMayt may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.
Changes may be made to reflect:
new platform features
new services
changes to payment functionality
legal or regulatory requirements
changes to SweatMayt's business operations.
The latest version will be made available through the SweatMayt website or platform with an updated "Last Updated" date.
For existing confirmed transactions, the cancellation conditions presented or applicable at the time of purchase will generally continue to govern that transaction unless otherwise required by law.
